Description

The help points in this station have a rectangular metal housing with two buttons. The left-hand button is for assistance, whilst the right-hand one is for train information.

We're reminded that we're being monitored by CCTV whilst using this service.

Location

There's a help point on each platform:

• On platform 1, outside the entrance from the ticket office, that is immediately to your right as you leave the office onto the platform.
• On platform 2, outside the shelter, that is on a post immediately to your right as you leave the shelter onto the platform.
