If possible, you should book assistance in advance by phoning 0800 912 2901.
Staff are available in the ticket office. The sales windows are towards the far end of the right-hand side as you come in via the main entrance, or on your left as you go into the ticket office from the platform.
A member of staff should be on the platform to meet the arriving train.
Unless staff are particularly busy, they can provide assistance between this station and the ferries:, or you can phone the ferry companies to arrange to be met at the station.
