Find an exit from a Platform

Describe Online

Overview

There is steps and ramp access from each platform onto Cochranemill Road. There is no tactile paving along the edge of either platform.

The doors will open on your left as you face the front of the train.

From Which Platform?

  From Platform 1, Eastbound
From Platform 2, Southbound

From Platform 1, Eastbound

We believe the stepped exit is beside the front of the train.

As you go from the front of the train, you leave the stepped exit, pass a series of posts and planters before you reach the shelter. The ramp is just beyond the shelter.

As you go from the rear of longer trains, you pass a series of posts and planters before you reach the ramp exit. The shelter is beyond this. If you prefer the steps, continue past the series of posts and planters then take the turning left.

Via the Ramp

Turn away from the tracks, turn lef then take the turning right, you turn right (180 degrees) then go up the slope. The ramp veers left then right, right then left then right and left again before you reach Cochrain Road.

GO TO END

Via the Steps

Turn away from the tracks then turn right and go up three steps. Continue along the path then up two flights of steps onto Cochranhemill Road.

GO TO END

From Platform 2, Southbound

As you go from the front of the train, you pass a series of posts and planters before you reach the shelter, the exit is just beyond the shelter.

As you go from the rear of longer trains, you pass a series of posts and planters before you reach the exit, if you find the shelter, you've over-shot.

Turn away from the tracks. From here you can either continue up six steps into Corseford Avenue or turn left for the ramp. If you use the ramp, continue to the top of the first slope, turn right (180 degrees) then go up the second slope and turn left into Corseford Avenue. From here, you can turn left and follow the ramp up onto Cochranemill Road.
