Overview

There are three lifts in this station:

Each lift gives a beep as buttons are pressed and there are spoken announcements.

Note that the arrangement of buttons inside each lift is different, se below.

The Lift to Platform 1

At Bridge Level

The lift is on your right at the end of the passage from the concourse, the call button is to your left, on the left-hand wall of this space. You go in facing south.

At Platform Level

The lift is towards the front of the train, the call button is to your right of the door. You go in facing north.

Inside the Lift

The control panel is on the right-hand (west) side, as you go in at bridge level, with the buttons arranged in two rows:

Note, there's another set of doors in the far (south) side of this lift, which you use at platform level. This is the only lift in this station where you do this, as the doors on the south side of the lift to platforms 2 and 3 aren't used.

The Lift to Platforms 2 and 3

At Bridge Level

The door is the first on your right as you go into the passage from the concourse, the call button is to your right (west) of the door, you go in facing south.

At Platform Level

The lift is towards the rear of the train, the call button is to your right of the door, you go in facing south.

Inside the Lift

The control panel is on the left-hand (south) side, the buttons are arranged in three rows:

Although there's a set of doors on the south side, you enter and leave via the north doors at each level.

The Lift to Platform 4

At Bridge Level

The door is on your left at the end of the passage from the concourse. The call button is to your right of the door, you go in facing south.

At Platform Level

The lift is near the rear of east or northbound trains. The call button is to your right of the door, you go in facing south.

Inside the Lift

There's a control panel on each side, with buttons arranged in three rows:

Note that there is no additional door on the south side of this lift.
