The help point in this station has a rectangular metal housing with the speaker grill and mic towards the top. Below this, on the right-hand side of the panel is a raised, square button for automated train information. A larger, red rectangular button below this is for customer Services. Note that this latter is easily triggered and may actually be touch sensitive. We're advised that we're monitored via CCTV whilst using this service.
The help point is between the top of the steps and the shelter.
From the steps, turn right, pass a set of seats then find the help point on your right just before the shelter.
From the ramp, turn left, pass the shelter and find the help point immediately on your left.
