PLATFORM 12

General Information

There are short, bay platforms, to the south of platform 12 itself which weren't identified as regular parts of the station. The one adjacent to platform 12 A appeared to lead into a storage/engineering area, not of public concern.

A metal rail, just above ankle height runs along the front of the buildings, being interrupted at doorways, but continuing in front of the seats on this platform.

To Reach the Platform

This platform can only be accessed via stairs from the main bridge onto either A or B sections of the platform. You go down 18, then 18 steps, in either direction. These stairs have a central, double rail, which is interrupted between the flights.
