This is an island platform with tactile paving along each edge.
The A section can be reached by stairs from the main bridge. You go down 18 then 18 steps, going east. There's a central double rail which is interrupted between the flights.

The B section, from which we presume to be the exit, gives access to the main bridge via escalator (to your right, south) and stairs. You go up 18, then 18 steps going east onto the bridge.

The open area extends west from the slope at the end of the platform. The covered area starts with 2 pillars, one either side

This waiting room has flat pad buttons to your right of the door as you enter or leave. The door from platform 3 enters the southeast corner of the room, with that from platform 2, entering the northwest.
