The building, which lies northeast of the platforms, includes a passage (northeast/southwest) between the two entrances with the ticket sales windows on the southeast side. A passage leads southeast, from the northeast end, towards the shop and toilets.
There is step-free access via each entrance. There are two entrances/exits to this building. the southwest entrance, which we call the platform entrance, is opposite the end of the tracks, whilst the northeast entrance, which we call the street entrance, is off the car park entrance from Station Road. There are two sets of doors, with tactile flooring between, at each entrance. All entrance/exit doors are push as you leave the building.

The passage leads southeast before turning left northeast beyond the shop.
