There are two help points in this station:

• The normal variety, with a rectangular housing and two buttons, is on the outer wall of the ticket office, on your left as you reach the end of the building, as you approach the platform. The left-hand button is for assistance, whilst the right-hand is for train information. You're advised that you're being monitored by CCTV whilst using this facility.
• The other help point has a flat plate with an information button above the emergency button. These buttons are labelled in embossed print and Braille. This help point is on the right-hand wall of the staff office, opposite the beginning of platform 3. As you go up the ramp.
