If possible, you should arrange assistance in advance by phoning 0800 912 2901.
Otherwise, you can ask for assistance in the travel centre, or at the Lost Property Office on platforms 4 - 7.
There's a help point under the main bridge on each part of the station. That is on platform 1, 2 and 4. There's also a help point at the gate line on platform 7.
