There are two types of help point in this station, the one at the gate line between the car park and platform 7 and those at platforms 1 and 2.
These help points have a rectangular, metal housing with a speaker/microphone grill at the top. Below this is a label, then a small square button, towards the right-hand side for automated train information. There's a larger, rectangular button towards the bottom of the unit to press for assistance. Note that this service is monitored by CCTV.
This is a cylindrical unit about 1.5 metres tall, serving the area inside and outside the gates. From the top:

The help points on platforms 1 and 2 are between the steps and ramp for the main bridge. The other help point is west of the ticket gates across the car park on platform 7, (that is to your left as you leave the platform).
