Within the Station

If possible, you should arrange assistance in advance by phoning 0800 912 2901.

Alternatively, staff are available in the ticket office.

The ticket office is on platform 1, to your right as you reach the foot of the steps from Station Road. Alternatively, turn left from the foot of the ramp, pass two flower beds on your left to reach the wall of the ticket office. Follow this wall to the end, you can either go up one step to your left then turn left into the office, or continue, round the pillar then turn left and continue into the office. The sales window is on your right, after a few metres.
