Description

The help points in this station have a rectangular, metal housing with two buttons. The left-hand button is for assistance, whilst the right-hand one is for train information.

We're advised that we're being monitored by CCTV whilst using this service.

Location

On Platform 1, Eastbound

The help point is on the wall of the ticket office, at the near end as you approach from the ramp entrance.

On Platform 2, Westbound

The help point is on the wall of the waiting room, at the near end as you approach from the ramp.
