This is a separate platform along the south side of the station. The ramp entrance from Station Road is near the west end of the platform, whilst the bridge is to the east of the middle.
A drainage channel runs along the platform, though this isn't as pronounced or consistent as that on platform 1.
There's tactile paving along the edge of the platform.
This platform can be reached via steps from the bridge, or via the ramp from Station Road.
From Station Road, you go down the ramp, going west, at the bottom of the slope, turn right (180 degrees, east) then go down the remainder of the ramp, going east, to platform level. The waiting room is in front of you, turn left onto the platform, near the front of the train.
Note there are barriers at the top and bottom of this ramp to restrict the speed of cyclists and skate boarders. You'll need to move left then right to get round these bariers.

The drainage channel just misses these steps. Note that you can walk underneath the steps, be careful!
