This is a through station on the Inverclyde line between Glasgow Central, Wemyss Bay and Gourock.
The tracks run approximately east/west between separate platforms, with platform 1 serving eastbound trains towards Paisley Gilmour Street and Glasgow Central lying north of platform 2, serving westbound trains to Wemyss Bay or Gourock.
The ticket sales window is on platform 1, opposite the main entrance. A bridge, about in the middle of the station, provides stairs access between platforms.
Although there's step-free access to each platform from the local street network, the route between Highholm Avenue and platform 2 may be too steep for some users.
We therefore believe the station is accessible to Guide Dog Users. We believe platform 1, eastbound is accessible to wheelchairs, but platform 2, westbound may only be accessible from the beginning of the path.
