The help points in this station are rectangular boxes with a single button which you press for assistance.
There's a help point opposite the door to each lift, except that to platform 7.
We believe the button below the call button of the lift to platform 7 may offer this facility.
There's a help point opposite the foot of the steps from platforms 1 - 2. There is also a help point opposite the foot of ramps from platforms 3 - 4 and 5 - 6.
We noted an assistance phone to your right (south) of the door to the lift on platform 7.
You can request assistance from the ticket sales windows within the concourse. We understand a Tensa queuing system has been introduced in this area.
There's a customer service point on platform 2, on the far (south) side of the first building from the foot of the steps from the bridge.
There's a customer service point on platform 3, just beside (west of) the ramp to the concourse.
