The doors open on your left as you face the front of the train.
The bridge joins the platforms near the west end of the station, i.e. near the front of four coach westbound and near the rear of four coach eastbound trains.
The step-free route takes you via Hall Road and Bradley Way, I estimate about 400 metres in all.
From the westbound, platform 1, follow the ramp down three slopes, continue to the road (Hall Road) and turn right. Continue, under the railway bridge (railings along the outer edge of the pavement) and turn right at the corner into Bradley Way. Take the first turn right, which is the station approach. Continue onto the platform or turn left then right to enter the concourse.
