These help points have a rectangular, metal housing with a speaker/microphone grill at the top. Below this is a label, then a small square button, towards the right-hand side for automated train information. There's a larger, rectangular button towards the bottom of the unit to press for assistance. Note that this service is monitored by CCTV.


There's a help point on each platform.

On Platform 1, Eastbound

The help point is to your left as you reach the platform, from the foot of the ramp.

On Platform 2, Westbound

The help point is to your right, beyond the bench, as you reach the platform via the west entrance - from the small car park.
