Location

The station lies to the West of the bridge where Old North Road (north) becomes Kneesworth Street (south). The main entrance, to the booking hall, is reached via a slip road from Kneesworth Street, a few metres south of the bridge, whilst the second entrance, onto platform 2, is reached via a slip road from Old North Road, a few metres north of the bridge. Both these entrances are accessible to wheelchair users.

Car Parks and Taxi Rank

There's a large car park adjacent to each entrance. The taxi rank lies a few metres west of the main entrance, up a slight slope.

Local Buses

The stop for buses 331, Royston to Hertford, plus the local services 16 and 17 is on the east side of Kneesworth Street, about 20 metres south of the slip road to the main entrance. There's a Pelican crossing before the junction of Kneesworth Street and Queens Road (east).

Phones

There's a card and coin phone box on the pavement on Kneesworth Street, just south of the slip road to the main entrance.
