The ticket office is open between 06:30 and 13:20 Monday to Saturday. There is level access to this ticket office from platform 1, westbound, via automatic doors. Note that, although automatic from the platform, these doors are operated by either of two push buttons from inside the ticket office. There’s a button to your right of the door, on the wall and one to your left, on a rail jutting out beside the door.

As you go in, the sales window, with variable height counter and induction loop is on your left after a couple of metres.

Alternatively, we suggest you buy your ticket on the train.
