You can request assistance from the ticket sales windows, towards the far end of the left wall of the booking hall as you enter the station from the public bridge. This can be reached via ramps from either end of the bridge, or via the lift beside the taxi rank.
You can also request assistance from each platform by calling into the Station Supervisor's office (on platforms 1 or 4) or pressing the intercom button to the right of each lift, towards the south end of the platforms.
