As you enter the station from the public bridge, the GNER travel centre is the first doorway to your left. As you enter this space, the desk is in front of you.
If you continue forward, you pass two FastTicket machines which aren't accessible to vision impaired people, before you reach the four sales windows to your left. If you find the wall, you've overshot.
