You can change platforms via the bridge, about in the middle of each island platform. Go up three flights of steps, going south onto the bridge, turn right (from platforms 1 and 2) or left (from platforms 3 and 4) then down three flights of steps onto the other island platform.
If you need the lift, these are located towards the south (behind the steps) of each island platform. These are staff-operated and you'll probably need to call for assistance by pressing the intercom button to the right of the lift door. Alternatively, you can request assistance from the Station Supervisor's office on platform 1 or 4.
