The travel centre is immediately to your left as you go into the station through the main entrance. There's a temporary ticket sales booth inside the gate from the unnamed street on the east side of the station. We understand this will close on completion of the new bridge.
This is located on the left-hand (north) side of the concourse as you enter the station. There are two entrances/exits, one immediately to your left as you come in, you enter facing north. The other entrance is opposite the gate line, you enter into the southeast corner facing west.
