Overview

This consists of two rooms, one to each side of the gate line to the FCC platforms. The left-hand (west) section has two doors. The room contains ticket machines and an information desk, whilst the right-hand (east) room is the actual ticket office.

The Left-Hand Room, FCC Information Point

The first door on your left (north) as you enter from Midland Road, leads towards the ticket machines, whilst if you enter via the second, the information desk is in front of you.

The FCC Ticket Office

The entrance is just beyond (east of) the gates to the FCC platforms, you enter via automatic doors facing north.

You follow the queuing system right then left to reach the ticket windows, there are four windows on the north side, numbered 1 to 4, from left to right.
