This is a D-shaped space with the straight (southwest) side running approximately northwest/southeast. The platforms, numbered 1 - 19 from southeast to northwest, leave from the southwest side.
The curved side includes exits 1 to 6 going anti-clockwise from the southeast end, plus a range of retail outlets. The ticket office and travel information centre are between exits 3 and 4, whilst the exit to Waterloo East Station is between the Reef Bar and Burger King.
The centre of the space contains more retail outlets with exit 7, to the Waterloo & City line opposite platforms 7 - 8 and the exit to the Underground station opposite platform 18.
On 12 December 2008, I was told that gates are being installed at the entrances to each platform. We'll provide the details when this work is complete.

This curves away from the platforms to exit 3, then curves back in towards the northwest end.

For these cash machines, you queue from the northwest, then follow the barrier round to your left then back along the wall.

For these cash machines, queue away from the exit (northwest) then turn right past the machines.
