This is a through station on the lines between Glasgow Central or Queen Street and Dalmuir or Milngavie.

Layout

The tracks run approximately north/south between separate platforms with platform 1, southbound towards Glasgow, lying east of platform 2, northbound towards Dalmuir or Milngavie.

A bridge, near the middle of the platforms, provides stairs-only access between platforms. The ticket office is on platform 1.

Accessibility

Although there is step-free access to platform 1 from the service road outside the station and from the car park, there is stairs-only access to platform 2 via the walkway from Knightswood and the bridge.

We therefore believe this station is accessible to Guide Dog users, though only platform 1, southbound, could be accessible to wheelchairs.
