You can enter from either the east (from the foyer) or west side (from the concourse.

At the time of our survey, this was to be closed for refurbishment and the service was to be provided from the closed shop in the building beside the north steps from the bridge, on platform 3.

The refurbished centre will have the service desk in the northeast corner with displays and information shelves around the other sides of the room.
