ACCESSIBLE DEPARTURES INFORMATION
A special terminal for the visually impaired (TVI) offers departure information.
The terminal is the large unit on the opposite side of the concourse to the main entrance. This terminal provides information in audio and large font formats and is located between the tactile plan of the station, to your left and the plan of the city centre, to your right.
There are four clearly marked buttons in a vertical row about 1 metre above the floor. These are, from the top:
Departure details are spoken via a clear synthetic voice. Press "start" then follow the menus. You're asked to select the first letter of your destination using the arrow keys. Having selected the letter, you locate your destination, again using the arrow keys. Selecting the destination will cause the time of the next service departure to be spoken followed by the stance number from which it will depart.
