You enter the building via two sets of doors, facing north. Continue forward a few metres and find the enquiry desk to your right.
This is an ordinary counter via which staff can provide information leaflets, audio guides and tactile diagrams of some paintings in the collection. They can also provide latex gloves which you'll require when touching some of the exhibits.
