FROM GREENOCK WEST RAIL STATION
The nearest station is Greenock West rail station.
In order to avoid a busy roundabout further down Inverkip street with no pedestrian controlled or tactile paved crossings, we suggest the following route:
When exiting the station via one of the two doors, turn east onto Inverkip Street. In a few metres there is a pedestrian controlled crossing with sounder and tactile paving. The post on both sides are on the right. Cross over and turn east, continue on Inverkip Street. Progress to a crossing with no pedestrian control or tactile paving (Bruce Street). Continue east on Inverkip Street. Follow the path to a crossing over East Shaw Street. The crossing has a small island in the middle and all surfaces have tactile paving. Continue east. After a few metres there is a pedestrian controlled crossing on the left. There is a sounder and rotating cone. Posts are located to the right on both sides of this crossing. Cross over and turn to the east. After a few metres there is a very busy crossing with tactile paving. This is the southern entrance/exit to the bus station.
