Hamilton bus station is a semi-circular open plan, level access area. The main section contains a newsagent, the travel centre, accessible and public toilets/baby change area.
These are located at the northern end of the station.
The covered walkway containing stances 1-14 is adjacent to Station Road on the east side of the station. All stances have audio units with bench seating beside them. Access is from the left if coming from Station Road and from the right if from the travel centre.
The tour lounge is to the south of Brandon House, a large cream building on Brandon Street (West). (Brandon House is situated between the main entrance and the tour lounge). The tour lounge is only open on days tour buses depart. It services stances 15-17.
There is a pathway behind Brandon House with a snake-like fence that can be followed to the main concourse area.
