Staff are available at the Wide Aisle Gates, there is one at each end of the gate line.
Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows, which are on the left-hand side of the concourse as you face the gate line.
Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station.
