This station has a single island platform running east/west, with platform 1, southbound towards Bank, lying north of platform 2, northbound towards King's Cross.
The central reservation at the foot of the escalators from the intermediate level is towards the west end of the island platform. There are three passages between this and each platform. The intended clockwise traffic flow through this station suggests which should be entrances and exits, see below. However, we found signage indicating that the passages nearest the escalators were entrances and those at the far end were exits - good luck! Our directions will recommend what we believe is intended.
There are two passages between the platforms, towards the east end of the island.
Note that platform 1 is much wider than platform 2. There is tactile paving along the edge of the platforms.
