As you enter the station, the gates are in front of you, the entrances are toward the left of the gate line, the ticket sales booths are on your left and the manual gate is between the second sales booth and the automatic gates.

Go through the gates and continue forward through the entrance to the bridge. If you find a wall in front of you, move to your right to locate the entrance.

For the westbound, platform 1 towards High Street Kensington, continue forward to the railings/billboards in front of you and turn left. Go down five steps then turn right, down two flights of stairs onto the platform. You're near the rear of the train.

For the eastbound, platform 2, towards Baker Street, turn right and go down five steps and turn left, then go down 2 flights of stairs onto the platform. You're near the front of the train.
