There are Pelican crossings near each arm of this junction, though you can reach all but the north side of Bethnal Green Road and the west side of Cambridge Heath Road North via the station.

East Arm, Roman Road

This is a two-stage crossing with tactile paving throughout. As you leave the pavement in either direction, the post with push button and rotating cone is to your right. On the central island, as you cross to the north, away from the Roman Road exit, the post with push button and rotating cone is to your right. As you cross towards this exit, however, there's a post with push button and rotating cone to each side.

West Arm, Bethnal Green Road

This is a two-stage crossing with tactile paving throughout. There's a post with push button and rotating cone to your right as you cross in either direction. At the time of our survey, we were able to treat this as a single-stage Crossing.
