FIND A PLATFORM FROM AN ENTRANCE

Describe Online

Overview

Note that there is escalator-only access from the Strand concourse, though there is stairs and escalator access via the Trafalgar Square concourse.

Note that all entrances to the Strand concourse, except that from the mainline station, close at 21:45, as does the Cockspur Street entrance to the Trafalgar Square concourse.

The Strand concourse juts into the subway under the Strand, taking a rectangle out of the northwest side of this space. There are two gaps into the northeast and southeast sides of this rectangle, of which the left-hand one is ideally the one you need. You may have difficulty locating these directly from some entrances, hence we direct you to locate the walls which lead to the concourse.

There is tactile paving along the edge of all platforms in this station.
