Most DLR stations are unstaffed, though there's a Passenger Service Agent on each train.
There are normally help points within each DLR station, though we found none during our survey.
We are advised that there are two "alarm points" on the platform, which we didn't identify during our survey. We'll include details of these in due course.
Note that there are clear announcements of next trains within the station and there's tactile paving along the edge of each platform.
As a matter of last resort, there is an alarm button in each lift.
This is, however, a relatively simple station, please read the remaining pages in this "How Do I?" section for details.
