Description

The help points in this station consist of a round grill with the mic and speaker to the left. A square glass shield, towards the top of the unit protects the fire alarm button. The green button below this is for emergency purposes, whilst the smaller, blue button towards the bottom of the unit is used to call for assistance.

Location

At Concourse Level

On the south side of the Earl's Court Road concourse, between the disabled persons toilet and the ticket machines.
On the north (left as you enter) side of the Warwick Road entrance, just before the kiosk.
On the south (right as you enter) side of the Warwick Road entrance, between the phones and ticket sales window.
In the high level walkway, just south of the top of the steps to platforms 3 and 4 from the Warwick Road entrance.
In the high level walkway, almost opposite the turning to the lifts to the District Line.
In the high level walkway, on the north side, just before the right turn into the concourse.

In the District Line Level

On the Eastbound, Platforms 1 - 2

At the foot of the steps from the Earl's Court Road concourse
on a post facing the rear of the first stairwell
Facing the lift door
Facing the foot of the steps from the Warwick Road entrance.

On Platforms 3 - 4, Westbound

At the east end of the platform, behind the rear of the trains
facing the foot of the steps from the Earl's Court Road concourse
facing the top of the steps in the first stairwell
facing the foot of the steps from the Warwick Road entrance.

In the Intermediate Level

Just to your right as you reach the intermediate level from the Piccadilly Line.
In the northwest corner, at the far end of the passage leading west from the escalators.

On the Piccadilly Line Platforms

On Platform 5, Eastbound

Towards the front of the train
just before (east of) the first passage from the front
between the two passages towards the escalators.

On Platform 6, Westbound

Between the rear of the train and the first passage
between the two passages to the lifts, nearer the first passage
just beyond (west of) the passage to the escalators.
