Staff are available beside each Wide Aisle Gate.
Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station.
Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows, in the concourse.
The ticket sales windows are on the far left-hand side of the Underground concourse, as you enter from the mainline station. You'd normally follow the queuing system, but I suggest it would be easier to move to your right, beside the gate line and continue forward to the Wide Aisle Gate in front of you.
