Description

The help points in this station consist of a circular housing with a breakable glass fire alarm button at the top, a larger (green) emergency button in the middle and a smaller )blue) information button towards the bottom.

The speaker and mic grill are to your left of the buttons.

Location

At Concourse Level

There's a help point near the corner of the passage towards the suburban section, to your right as you move away from the Underground concourse.

In the Intermediate Level

On the far wall, opposite the down escalators from the Underground concourse.
On the left-hand wall, between the two passages as you go towards the upward escalators to the Underground concourse.
On the left-hand wall as you leave the escalators from the northbound platforms, opposite the passage towards the up escalators to the Underground concourse.
On the left-hand wall of the passage towards the Northern Line, platforms 1 - 2, between the upward and downward escalators from the Underground concourse.
On the left-hand wall as you leave the top of the steps from platform 1, northbound Northern Line (Charing Cross Branch).

Platform 1, Northern Line (Charing Cross Branch) Northbound

Just beyond the near passage to platform 2, as you approach the exit steps.
About in the middle of the platform.
Towards the end of the platform, just before the passage to platform 2.

Platform 2, Northern Line (Charing Cross Branch) Southbound

Just beyond the passage to platform 1 beyond the foot of the steps from the intermediate level.
About in the middle of the platform.
Just before the passage to platform 1, near the far end of the platform.

Platform 3, Northern Line (City Branch) Northbound

Near the beginning of the platform, between the passage from the spiral stairs and the exit.
About in the middle of the platform.

Platform 4, Victoria Line Northbound

Near the beginning of the platform, just beyond the passage from the spiral stairs.
Just beyond the exit (third passage from the central reservation).
Towards the end of the platform, just beyond the passage to platform 3.

Platform 5, Victoria Line Southbound

Near the beginning of the platform, just before the exit.
About in the middle of the platform, between the two passages to platform 6.
Towards the end of the platform.

Platform 6, Northern Line (City Branch) Southbound

In the narrow section of the platform between the passage to spiral stairs and the entrance.
About in the middle of the platform, just before the first passage to platform 5.
Towards the end of the platform, just before the platform narrows.
