This is an island platform with platform 3, Northern Line lying south of platform 4, Victoria.
The entrances/exits are towards the west end of the platforms; i.e. near the front of Northern Line, rear of Victoria Line trains. The first passage leads to the spiral staircase, whilst the next three lead to the foot of the escalators to the intermediate level.
There's a passage between the platforms at the east end.
There is tactile paving along the edge of these platforms.
Escalators descend east into the central reservation between the platforms. Alternatively, you can use the spiral staircase which brings you to the west end of the island platform.

Note that this platform is longer than platform 3, extending further east.
