Overview

Staff are available at the manual gate, which is at the right-hand end of the gate line as you enter the station.

Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows, which are on the right-hand side of the concourse as you face the gate line.

Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station.
