Overview

As you enter the station, the ticket machines and sales windows are on the right-hand wall. If you enter via the right-hand entrance and continue forward, the assistance box is beyond the two pillars you will pass on your left. The manual gate and automatic gate line are to the left of the assistance box.

Go through the gates, near the assistance box.

To Which Platform?

For Platform 1, London Underground, Eastbound

Continue forward from the manual gate, or the automatic entrance beside it and go down two flights of steps onto the platform, near the front of the train.

GO TO END

For Platform 2, London Underground, Westbound

Continue to the wall and turn left. Take the first turning right, down two flights of stairs onto platform 2, which is on your right. You're near the rear of the train.

For Platform 3, FCC, Southbound

Continue to the wall and turn left. Take the first turning right, down two flights of stairs onto platform 2. Continue along the platform for a few metres and take the second turning left. The stairs to platform 3 are on your right (eight steps). You're about in the middle of the train.

For Platform 4, FCC, Northbound

Turn left, continue to the end of the concourse then turn right. Go down two flights of steps to platform level then turn right onto the platform, near the rear of the train.
