Overview

Staff are available in the assistance box at the T-junction and beside the entrance/exit to the southbound platforms.

Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station.

Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows in the north concourse or at the Station Place entrance.
