The station is located to the east of Harrow Bus Station, to the south of College Road, almost opposite the entrance to the St. Ann's shopping centre.
The station has two entrances. The main entrance is via a forecourt on the south side of College Road. The second (south) entrance is accessed via the car park from Lowlands Road.
There's a pedestrian crossing of College Road, a few metres east of the taxi rank. This is a single-stage crossing with tactile paving and sounder. The post with push button and rotating cone is to your right as you cross in either direction.
The main entrance is adjacent to Harrow Bus Station, which lies beyond the scope of this survey. The taxi rank is on College Road, just off the station forecourt.
The former post office building is now vacant and the new Post Office is on the north side of College Road, towards Station Road.
