The station is located to the east of Harrow Bus Station, to the south of College Road, almost opposite the entrance to the St. An's shopping centre.
The station has two entrances. The main entrance is via a forecourt on the south side of College Road. The second (south) entrance is accessed via the car park from Lowlands Road.
The main entrance is adjacent to Harrow Bus Station, which lies beyond the scope of this survey. The taxi rank is on College Road, just off the station forecourt.
A pedestrian crossing is a few metres west of the taxi rank affording safe and easy access to the main shopping centres.
