Staff are available at the Wide Aisle Gates. There's one of these at each entrance to the station.
Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station.
Alternatively, you can ask for assistance at the ticket sales windows. The ticket sales windows are to your left as you enter the station via the south entrance, or to your right as you enter via the main entrance.
