Staff are available at the gate line or at the infromation and sales windows which are to your left as you come into the station.
Staff will escort you to your platform on request and arrange for someone to meet you at your destination station and assist with changes of train if necessary.
There are three help points on the platform.
There's a BAA help point on your left, just before the first set of automatic doors as you leave the station. This consists of two phones, the left-hand (black) phone is for portering service, whilst the right-hand (green) is for special needs assistance.
