There are two kinds of help point within this station, the standard London Underground help points and the BAA help point in the ticket hall.
The help points in this station consist of a circular housing with a breakable glass fire alarm button at the top, a larger (green) emergency button in the middle and a smaller )blue) information button towards the bottom.
The speaker and mic grill are to your left of the buttons.
This is on your left just before the first set of automatic doors, as you leave the Underground station. There are two phones, the left-hand (black) is for portering services, whilst the right-hand (green) is for special needs assistance. Lift the phone you need and wait for staff to answer.
