The station is on the south side of Kensington High Street (east/west), between Derry Street to the east and Wrights Lane, to the west.
There’s a single exit from Kensington High Street with level access through the shopping mall into the concourse.

The push button with rotating cone is to your right as you cross each stage in either direction. On the central island, you turn left then right to locate the crossing of the other half of the road.
